Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bundles...

This dinner was nothing short of yummy goodness!
Hubby approved & Hubby tested!
The Man was Happy!
**Some how, yesterday most of  my post content had disappeared! Not sure how that happened....BUT, here is the post reinstated.

 Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bundles
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bundles
6 chicken thighs, boned, pound flat
6 pieces of bacon
1 ham steak, fully cooked, cut into thin strips
Chipolte Cheddar Cheese, about 1/2 cup+, cut into strips, sliced thin
Minced garlic, to taste
White pepper, red pepper and seasoned black pepper
**Hollandaise Sauce, optional for drizzling over the top of cooked meat
 A small amount of olive oil for cooking
12 toothpicks
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
Pound the chicken flat for layering 
Layer strips of ham and cheese on each piece of chicken.
Season with peppers to taste and minced garlic.
Roll the meat  into a closed bundle, secure with toothpicks
Drizzle with olive oil, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Yum, Ready to EAT!
