Chunky Chiptole Bacon Scramble...

Chunky Chiptole Bacon Scramble...
Sounds like a Super Bowl Sunday Breakfast to me!
This dish was very tasty ~ Hubby gave it a THUMBS UP!
*(cook bacon until done, drain on a paper towel)
 Chunky Chiptole Bacon Scramble
6-8 pieces of bacon, cut into pieces & cook until done
3 green onions, sliced, *reserve some for garnish
1 package of sliced mushrooms, rinsed
4 oz of Chiptole White Cheddar Cheese, cut into small chunks,
* reserve some for garnish
1-2 tablespoons of butter
8-10 eggs, scrambled
Chiptole Hot Sauce, used as needed
Spices, garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, as needed
Cooking spray for the pan....
*Use reserved onions & cheese for garnishing along with the hot sauce.
**I also used some french fried onions for the garnish on top!
After bacon is cooked, set aside to drain. Then cook/saute' the mushrooms in the butter. Add the spices as desired.
Caramelize the mushrooms......
Once the mushrooms are done...we will star adding the other ingredients to our dish.
(This Handmade Chiptole Cheddar cheese is made by bravofarms.com & distributed by Raley's)
I love this White Cheddar Chiptole Cheese. I do 95% of my shopping at Raley's. I love the variety of choices and the freshness of their foods.
I use their products at home and on the blog.
I receive tons of comments on MY food photos!
Add the scrambled eggs to the mushrooms and cook. After the eggs begin to set, add the green onions, bacon & the cheese (last).
This was an amazing Breakfast...full of flavor
Mmmm....Let's Eat!
Yummy, down to the last bite!
Start Super Bowl Sunday with Style...
