Mexicali Steak Salad...

Mexicali Steak Salad
 With the nice weather here, a spring salad sounded good for dinner.
YUMMO...
 My Mexicali Salad Ingredients:
Lettuce, washed and chilled...
3 small tomatoes, sliced & chopped
2 green onions, sliced
Avocado, 1/2, sliced with lemon juice drizzled on top to prevent browning
1 small can of sliced black olives, drained
2 radishes, washed and sliced thin
Jalapenos, sliced, add the amount you wish
Cheese, grated for garnish
Cilantro, washed, cut into small pieces, add desired amount
Cooked Steak or Tri Tip; 1 1/2 cups, sliced and seasoned with spice...
I used a 5 pepper spice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Sour cream 
Tortilla Chips for garnish if desired
Salad Base in a large bowl:
Chopped Lettuce, Olives, Tomatoes, green onions, radishes and cilantro
Mix well, then...
 Prepare the Salad toppings...
 I cut the steak into bite size pieces, added the five pepper seasoning and tossed with olive oil. Warm the meat to blend the seasoning, serve warm on top of the salad. Have salad toppings prepared to and ready to assemble the salad. Salad toppings: meat, cheese, jalapenos, tortilla chips, sour cream & avocados.
The cilantro & radishes add a wonderful flavor to this salad.
