Simple ingredients mixed with LOVE makes the perfect holiday brunch!
Heavenly Holiday Hash
1 large bag of tater tots, baked according to the directions on the bag
3 green onions, sliced
6 or 7 slices of bacon, cut small and cooked
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Garlic pepper to taste
* (My Home-made Pine Creek Ranch Seasoning will be posted soon, a garlic pepper blend)
Hollandaise sauce for topping....
Mix every thing together except the Hollandaise sauce.
Then....drizzle half of your Hollandaise sauce over the top...
Place in a baking pan or iron skillet and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Serve with a Fried Egg on top with more Hollandaise sauce!
