1 tablespoons of butter, melted & seasoned with garlic salt to taste

*additional 1 tablespoon butter, melted for onions

Garlic Pepper to taste
3 cooked bacon strips, cut or break into small pieces
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Garnish with crisply cooked bacon
Toast the minced onions in 1 tablespoon of butter until golden brown. Remove from the burner & pan, set aside.
1 tablespoon butter with garlic salt, melted. For use with Bread.
Open one jar of 4 Cheese Alfredo Sauce, place in a sauce pan. Add cheddar and parmesan cheeses. Stir well. Cook on medium to low heat, stir often.
Add toasted onions & garlic pepper to taste. Stir and put on simmer.
Slice focaccia bread into thick slices and heat oven to a low broil.
Brush melted garlic butter on both sides of the bread. Broil on low until toasted. Keep a close eye you don't want the bread sticks over done.
The sauce is ready to serve. And the bread is ready.
Time to assemble and serve.
Best served immediately while hot.
To Assemble:
Dish up a generous amount of cheese sauce onto a large plate. Next layer your bread sticks in a stacking box like shape. Drizzle some sauce across the top, next sprinkle on bacon pieces, toss a little grated parmesan cheese for garnish and a few chives too!
