Cow Pie Cookies...

We hosted a graduation party for our oldest grand daughter recently. I wanted a simple cookie kids and adults would both love.
Chocolate always seems to fit any situation. This is an easy recipe that is easy to please anyone.

Place cookies 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet and cook for 8-10 minutes
Yields about 4 dozen cookies
Mix all ingredients together, blending well. Using a teaspoon, fill the spoon with cookie dough and roll into rounds. Dust with Powdered Sugar and place on the baking sheet. Lightly flatten with the palm of your hand . Bake 8-10 minutes. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Cookies will have a crackled appearance. These are so good served with vanilla ice cream, cold milk or coffee. They are very rich chocolate cookies!
