Strawberry Tortilla's

Yields Six desserts
Ingredients:
- 6 small, Flour Tortilla's
- Small amount of soft Butter
- 1/2 cup of Sugar
- 1/8 cup of loose Brown Sugar
- 1 level teaspoon of Cinnamon, or to taste
- 4 cups of whole fresh Strawberries, sliced
- Homemade Chantilly Cream (see my recipe here) Or canned Whipped Cream
- Spread a small amount of butter on both sides of ther flour tortilla's, use just enough butter to lightly cover
- Mix the sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon together
- Sprinkle a small amount of sugar on both sides of the butter tortilla's, save remaining sugar mixture to use on the strawberries
- Bake the sugared tortilla's in the oven at 350 degrees until lightly crispy, set aside till cooled
- Mix the sliced strawberries with the remaining sugar mixture and store in the refridgerator to chill
- Prepare the whip cream if homemade from the recipe above or use canned whipped cream
- Place 6 Sugared Tortilla's on 6 dessert plate's
- Equally divide the sliced, prepared strawberries onto of the Sugared Tortilla's
- Top with Whipped Cream and serve!
Sugar substitutes may be used
