Witch Fingers...Halloween Fun....

These are so easy and they look awesome! My family loves them....Been making these for years for our Halloween/Birthday Family Parties....
Witch Fingers
 Author: The CattleQueen

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Large Pretzels Rods
  • 1 bag of green candy melts (found mine at JoAnne's)
  • White Chocolate chips, small amount
  • Almond Slivers, one per pretzel rod
  • Cocoa, scant amount for dusting
Directions:

  1. Melt the green chocolate in a shallow long dish, follow package directions
  2. Using a spatula, cover the pretzel rods with the chocolate , covering 3/4's of the pretzel. I spread the chocolate thicker in some spots to create "old" fingers
  3. Add one almond sliver to the end of each covered pretzel rod creating a fingernail
  4. Then at two white choclate chips to each pretzel creating warts
  5. Let dry & harden
  6. After the chocolate has set, use a pasyry bruch dipped in cocoa and dust the witches fingers, making them look OLD!
And you are done! These are so fun to make and serve for Halloween!

Halloween in a Jar??? Great Party idea!

Halloween in a Jar? This idea is fun, easy quick and inexpensive! It's a win-win!
Gotta love a pickled ol' man! Hahaha....
I bought inexpensive rubber masks at WalMart, use jars I had on hand, and water!
For Halloween night I plan on using a glo stick in the jars to light up the head! :)))
How fun is that???? Creepy Fun!!!
Not a fan of creepy clown masks for kids, but this would be fun at an adults party!

Picked Devil!
Ready for Halloween???
Are you ready for Halloween????

Bewitching Brownies....

These little gems were pretty tasty. A combo or cookies, brownies & candy! Yum....
 Bewitching Brownie's
   from the CattleQueen aka PineCreekStyle

  • One package of pre made chocolate chip cookie dough, slightly softened
  • One box of Brownie mix, including the ingredients on the box, mine called for 1 egg & 1/3 cup of oil along with 3 tablespoons of water. Read directions & see the photo below...
  • 12 snicker squares...I use Peanut butter, cut diagonally, in half into 24 pieces
Directions:

  1. In a greased muffin tin (12 muffin pan) place one softened cookie dough on the bottom.
  2. Mix the brownie 's together as directed on the box, using the ingredients called for on that box. Place 1 heaping tablespoon of uncooked brown dough on top of the cookie dough.
  3. Next, place 1/2 of the candy square on top of the the brownie dough
  4. In a preheated oven, cook the Bewitching Brownies according to the cooking directions on the brownie box. Check the brownies for done-ness a few minutes before the a looted time to cook. they may finish cooking before that mentioned time.
  5. Let cool for 15 minutes and remove from the pan.
  6. Serve Makes 24 brownies, * (You may use large size muffin tins, just double the cookie & brownie doughs, & 6 candy bars, which will make 12 large brownies)
This recipe reminds me of melted witches hats...perfect for a Halloween treat! Easy to make...delicious to eat! * I used a Halloween cookies dough to add to the Halloween fun!
Oh my.....Yummy....Everyone loved these treats!
Enjoy the Yum with Style....

Still Working on our Halloween Decor.....This post shows the finishing touches of the hall, stairs & living room.
Love how my floating witch hats turned out in my stairwell! The Peacock colors are beautiful! Kind of a Harry Potter look.....Directions for the floating hats are found below!
Gussied Up for Halloween!
The details on the hats add to the decor....This one has a large spider, the others have feathers and bows with plastic spiders on their netting....See the directions for all the details.
Simple directions and quick to put together. Great results..simply hang the hats from the tips of the hats with the clear, stretch style jewelry string!....
