Custom Home Blend Tinted Moisturizer...

I recently experimented with blending my own tinted moisturizer! The results were Perfect! I am very happy with the results, best of all no one noticed I changed a thing...Also, I'm saving pennies on the dollar $$$...

Easy as 1, 2! Simply pick out an over the counter moisturizer that is for your face with or without sunscreen included. Do the same with a bottle of foundation. Choose a color you prefer and blends well with your skin tone. Keep in mind the color will be lighter after mixed with the white moisturizer.  This beauty recipe is for a tinted moisturizer...eliminating the use of a foundation. The tinted moisturizer is light in texture & lighter in weight than the foundations. I used products with sunscreen included. I also chose a luminous blend for a slight shine/moisturized look. You may use a Matte finish, if that is what you prefer. If there are no preservatives included, store the finished product in the refrigerator when making large batches. A small amount may be left out for daily use.  Find the beauty recipe below... *If you don't choose one with a sunscreen included, you may want to add a face sunscreen to your skin care regime.
This is very light in texture. My skins feels soft and hydrated all day. I LOVE it! Better than the Brand Name tinted moisturizer I've been using for years! The savings is amazing!
This is a simple blending recipe of purchased pre-made products. The colors above (see photos) are as follows:
1. My Original Color Name Brand Tinted Moisturizer = $$$  Purchased at a Department Store MakeUp Counter.  2. Foundation of your choice & color = $ 3. The color of my finished blend = $. It has a slightly different "cool" color than my original, which I was wanting. Best of All...No one noticed a change in my makeup!
I have a hard time wearing Foundation...It never blends properly on my skin. And if I did wear it, it felt heavy and not natural. For Me...I like a natural, modest makeup look. The tinted moisturizer was what I needed for my skin, and have used it for years. This Home Blend is even lighter than the Brand Name variety, which is even more pleasing to me & my life style. It blends beautifully on my skin and evens out my skin tones, while leaving my face feeling wonderful. The savings alone is amazing....but, I do love how this new moisturizer feels!

O'Love My Style Lip Gloss Recipe....

I LOVE this Lip Gloss...It is lightly tinted, which brings out the natural colors in your lips. Super moist and a hint of Chocolate! Yes, Chocolate! Kiss-ably Soft!

Lip Gloss Recipe:

  • 1/2 tablespoon of Petroleum Jelly
  • 1/2 tablespoon Beeswax, or a Beeswax/Olive Oil combo
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vitamin E
  • A small amount of Lip Stick, *Your fave color & brand
  • A very small amount of Dark Chocolate, grated extra fine
Mix & Blend well. Divide into small Lip Pot containers

This is a simple recipe for a small batch. It may be multiplied for a larger batch. If you are making a surplus for yourself, just store the surplus in the refrigerator until used. Simply mix together all ingredients & blend well. Let set for a couple of hours or place in the refrigerator to set quicker.  This Lip Gloss lasts for a long time....Why???  Because it is so moist, you don't need to apply constantly.  The tint is very light, I used a lipstick that was named Serpia Brown.  Any color you desire will work.  The brownish tint has been very complimentary for all skin types. My 12 testers are very pleased...They range from 19 to 85...with all skin types, complexions and hair color! The little bit of Chocolate adds a nice hint of flavor. The tiny bits of chocolate that you see in the lip gloss pots... Will simply melt away & blend in when you put on the gloss... My gloss color was a very neutral shade and appears even more neutral when you wear it!  Just how I like it! The color is light enough you can even put on a layer before bed...And don't forget to use our  Surgar'd Lip Scrub seen here....

O'Love My Style Face Oil Recipe...

Face Oil??? Yes, Face Oil...I absolutely LOVE it! I have been making this for quite some time...and  NO...it doesn't make your face oily! Besides, a little goes a long way! Your skin looks moisturized & even appears to decrease wrinkles.
I have a lot of people ask what skin care products I use OR did I just pick my parents! So.....
Recently I made several batches and delivered samples to several of my friends. My "O'Love My Style"  Testers, I guess you could say, were eager to try this skin care product! More out of curiosity I think! BECAUSE...When I told them it was Face Oil I wanted them to try....I had a few strange looks & a couple of gasps! BUT...The results......A Chorus of "OMG I LOVE this Oil", began appearing through my phone via phone calls, messages & texting!!! They too, were noticing the difference...They ALL mentioned how they loved it & how it transformed their skin! Goodbye expensive products ....a friend said! " I can't believe how much money I have spent! In 2 days, my face looked better than ever! After a week....other people were asking me what I was doing different? It is amazing...I'm sold!"

Everyday Inexpensive Products...transform into a beauty face oil when blended together. This face oil is light and loving to your face. I had been buying products over the counter for years...Then one day I was reading the ingredients and thought....I could make my own! So....I concocted my own blend!
I LOVED it! Even better than the one I was paying bank for at the cosmetic  counters.....
It was so simple & inexpensive....Here's how I use it:
1. After I wash my face & before makeup is applied, apply onto your hands or finger tips and gently massage the oil into the whole face or in the areas you need/want. Keep out of your eyes
2. After I wash my face in the evening & removing makeup...apply as above
3.After applying Make-up...dab a couple of drops on your finger tips, rub in & lightly pat over your makeup
4. Its also great for your cuticles & elbows too!

The light Grapefruit fragrance is very uplifting & energizing. Although, you may use a fragrance of your choice. The Almond oil was found at the grocery store, the Vitamin E is located in the pharmacy section, the essential oils were found at Michael's.
*There is NO sunscreen in this product, so please keep this in mind.

Once again, everyone (12 people) who tried this product was very pleased. They all had different skin types and ranged in age from 19-67. This face oil was made for pennies compared to department store cosmetic counters...a huge savings!

Brown Sugar Coconut Scrub Recipe...

As promised....Here is the Brown Sugar Body Scrub recipe. It is so easy and simple to make. The smell is so yummy, you'll be tempted to go bake! After using these scrubs the last couple of weeks, I have noticed a difference in my skin.  A soft & hydrated feeling. I am using my scrub 2-3 times a week as needed.

Simple pantry items and a few minutes of your time....And you will be enjoying your "Me-Me- Spa" in no time!
Brown Sugar Scrub by NeeCee
1 cup of coarse Sea Salt
1/2 Cup of coarse Raw Sugar
1/2 cup of Dark Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon of Vitamin E Oil
1 teaspoon of Coconut Extract
1 teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract, clear or dark
1/2 cup of Almond Oil
1 cup of Olive Oil, Extra Virgin * if you need to add more Oil. use Olive oil in small amounts until moistened.

Mix together well, and you are done!
*If it separates, just shake or stir well until blended.
**The coconut extract adds a mild coconut scent. If you want a stronger coconut scent, simply double the amount. Or omit the coconut if you wish.
** I use mine in the Shower (or tub), but I do place my scrub in a plastic container. Be careful, this   scrub can cause slippery floors and tubs....I sprtiz the tub with a liquid cleaner after showering.

Great for gift giving...Simply package in small mason jars or pretty containers. See the photos below!
Hope you Enjoy the O'Love My Style Beauty recipe....
