Snicker Doodles

Ingredients:
Cookies mix:
- 2 3/4 cups of flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 cups of white sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 heaping teaspoon of powdered white vanilla (or 1 teaspoon of liquid clear pure vanilla)
- 1 cup of butter, softened
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 teaspoons of cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl; Cream together Sugar, Eggs, Butter & Vanilla, blending well
- In a separte bowl sift together all dry ingredients, flour, cream of tatrar, salt baking soda
- Next blend the two bowls together, mixing well to form dough
- Chill the cookie dough for at least a half hour or more
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl, set aside for dipping cookies
- Roll dough into 1-2 inch balls, roll each one in the cinnamon sugar mix
- Place the rolled cookies dough on parchment line cookie sheets to bake
- Bake for 10 minutes, after baking let the cookies rest for a minute or two before removing from the parchment paper
- Store in an air tight container when not serving
