Pistachio Pudding Cookies...

My first Out of State Dorm Package is in the mail....These Delicious Pistachio Cookies are in the center of the box, just waiting to be devoured! K-8 will love them!

Pistachio Pudding Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 package of Sugar Cookie Mix
• 1 cube of butter, softened
• 1 egg
• 1 heaping teaspoon of powdered vanilla
• 1 box of Pistachio Instant pudding mix *(I used sugar free pudding)
• 1/2 cup of chopped pistachio salted nuts

Directions:

1. In a large bowl combine, cookie mix, pudding, vanilla & nuts, stir to blend
2. In a small bowl, cream together the egg and butter
3. Add the creamed egg & butter to the dry ingredients and blend well to create the cookie dough
4. Using a cookie scoop or a table spoon, measure out the cookie dough and form balls
5. Bake dough on parchment paper & cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes

These Semi homemade cookies have a wonderful taste & melt in your mouth!
