Pineapple Sausages or Pineapple 'n Pork Kabob's

This recipe may be fixed two ways....I came up with this appetizer recipe when I found Pineapple & Bacon Sausage at our local meat market...It was an instant hit! Devoured immediately ......

The hint of coffee and the brown sugar takes this recipe over the top!

On a side note: I love to add a small, yellow onion to the saute' , it takes this recipe beyond
