Fresh and Crisp Summer Salad
Cucumber Dressing
1/2 seedless English Cucumber. peel and chop thin
(the remaining half, slice thin in whole rounds for the salad)
2 green onions, sliced or Chives
Dill weed to taste
Garlic Pepper to taste
2 cups of sour cream
Blend well together well and chill
For the Salad
- 1 package of crab or imitation crab
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 seedless cucumber, sliced
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced in half
- 1 small head of lettuce, washed, cleaned and chilled...chop into small pieces after chilled.
Serves Four
