Cocktails for New Year's Eve...

Happy New Year's Eve...see recipes below

Celebrate the New Year with some simple cocktail recipes. 
Impress your friends yet keep it simple for yourself. 
Let your STYLE shine on New Year's Eve!
Pineapple Vodka-YUM!
1 pineapple cut and sliced, pack in a clean wide mouth jar
1 bottle of Vodka (you may use orange infused vodka)
Pour vodka over the pineapple and refrigerate for a 5-10 days 
(longer the better)
Strain vodka, pour over ice and serve with a piece of pineapple garnish
Reserve the pineapple for dessert recipes, can be frozen or grill and serve over vanilla ice cream
Raspberry Beer
 1 (12 oz) frozen can of raspberry lemonade
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
4 bottles (12oz each) of light beer
1/2 cup of vodka
Blend Vodka and lemonade together
Stir in beer (slowly pour)
garnish with lemon & lime slices and frozen raspberries
Cranberry Champagne 
1/4 cup champagne
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup cranberry juice
Blend together and pour over crushed ice
garnish with orange peel strips
Strawberry Tequila
16 ounces of strawberries, washed, hulled and quartered
3 lemons, juiced
4 ounces of agave syrup
1 1/2 cups of light/white tequila
Mix together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
Pour in glasses over crushed ice and add a splash of sparkling water or club soda
Garnish with mint leaves
Pineapple Margarita's
2 cups of lime juice or limeade concentrate
2 cups white tequila
2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups triple sec
Mix well and garnish with pineapple rings
Raspberry Vodka
3 cups vodka
2 pints raspberries
Put berries into a large jar. 
Pour vodka over the top of berries.
Refrigerate for 5-10 days.
Strain vodka, reserve berries and freeze 
*Berries may be use for desserts, use immediately or freeze for later use.
Serve over crushed ice.
Spiked Beer
1 cup of lemonade
1 bottle of light beer, pour slowly
1/2 ounces of vodka
Optional:garnish with lemon slices
