Crab Crostini's...

We had a quiet Easter this year. The photo below was the view we enjoyed Easter evening. This was the setting for our Easter dinner.

Crab Crostini's...
We made these as appetizer's for our Easter dinner. We had had them at a restaurant several weeks before and I wanted to recreate them.
WoW...they were Yummy!
1 package of Maui Onion rolls, split in half.
1 can of crab meat, rinse well and drain/squeeze out excess water.
Butter, softened
Garlic salt, to taste
1 jar of artichoke bruschetta or 1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts, chopped fine
Minced garlic, dehydrated (you may use fresh, chopped), sprinkled on top of crab to taste.
Parmesan cheese; shaved,  3/4 to 1 cup
Cheddar cheese, sliced, 1 to 2 pieces per 1/2 bread roll
Pepper to taste
Turn on oven to preheat on a low broil.
Spread softened butter over the bread rolls, each half. Sprinkle with garlic salt, lightly. Add 1 to 2 slices of cheddar cheese. Then a heaping tablespoon of bruschetta on each bread roll. Next, add 1 heaping tablespoon of crab meat. Finally, add shaved parmesan cheese on top.
*See (photo above) the bread in stages above.
 Sprinkle pepper on top
Broil the Crab Crostini until lightly browned on top! And serve immediately.
These were so, so good.....Next time these may just be (just) my Dinner!!!
Enjoy the taste with Style...
