See dad's update below...
Dad had appointments with the Family Doctor and the RA Doctor this week! Both visits were very reassuring to Dad.
As you know he has been very tired...BUT we know the Chemo will cause this side affect. His blood sugar is good and coming down to normal levels even after his chemo treatments! YEAH!!! He was given a special medication to stimulate his appetite. That will help with his weight loss and the tasteless taste buds... His RA seems to still be at bay. No treatment is needed for the arthritis other than the normal medications....That is totally awesome. Let's hope the RA goes into remission too! How nice would that be....?!?!
So....He will have another Chemo Cocktail Wednesday, the day before Turkey day! Then hopefully the PET Scan...Then we will have an official report on the cancer's activity!
So keep the prayers a coming...THEY ARE WORKING!
We have had a lot of well wishes & prayers from family, friends and strangers the past couple of weeks ....WE THANK each one of you!
We are very grateful that so many people LOVE Dad!
