Tasty Taco's
It's the season for Taco's...yummy!
Taco Recipe
1 pound of lean hamburger
Add fajita spices, a small amount of olive oil
Season with garlic pepper
Cook the above and crumble. Set aside and reheat just before serving
Cut and seed 4 tomatoes, * If you seed them they will not be watery
Cut 4-6 green onions, sliced
Open one package of shredded mexican cheese, place in a bowl
2 medium cans of olives, open and drain
1 large can of chopped green chiles, drained (optional)
1/4 head lettuce, shredded
1 large can of refried beans, heat just before serving
Chili Hot Sauce & Sour cream
Avocado's, 3 large smashed with a splash of lemon or lime, season with garlic pepper, mix well
1 dozen yellow corn tortilla's
Fry the tortilla's in hot oil, reheat the the hamburger
Assemble the Taco's
