Torta di Frutta Dolce...

Sweet Fruit Pie
Torta di Frutta Dolce...
  • 2 boxes of prepared pie crust
  • 1 basket of strawberries, Sliced, reserve 6 whole strawberries for the top
  • 6 ripe peaches, sliced
  • (*toss both fruit with a little sugar and set aside and/or cool) 
  • Homemade strawberry butter (see recipe...here)
  • Mango butter ( I found mine near the fruit curds at the grocery)
  • Can Whipped Cream, for topping
  • Sugar crystals, optional

 Unroll the pie crust on a greased cookie sheet. Then use a rolling cutter to cut the dough into 6 equal pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Set aside till ready to assemble.

 Assemble as follows:
Take one piece of Pie Crust and spread a small amount of 
Strawberry Butter on top. Next add a layer of Mango Butter.
Add some peaches and strawberries.
Top with another pie crust piece, with a small amount of Strawberry Butter
