Travel with Style....

Carry-on with Style...

How to pack for your trip using only a carry-on bag.
Remember to use the 45" rule. For Example: 22" + 14" + 9" = 45" total. (*Remember to check with your airline or travel agent regarding regulation requirements prior to your flight as information changes frequently.)
Your attire will be based around your current travel trip be it business or pleasure. You may also bring your computer, purse and/or brief case in addition to your carry-on. **The basics below will help you even if you use a larger suitcase and a carry-on. (**In most cases I take a carry-on and one checked bag. This information is for the traveler who wishes NOT to check a bag!)
The old adage; " Bring half as much clothing and twice as much money!" Can be good advise!
*Slip Shoes into Zip Lock Bags, keeping everything Clean!*

Minimize your clothing by selecting a base of 1 or 2 colors. Allowing room for mix and match outfits. This will allow several choices during your trip. Choose your fabrics carefully, and consider the wrinkle factor. There are many choices regarding travel fabric that are no-iron and/or wrinkle free.
When packing, either bundle or roll clothing items. This will help with wrinkles and allow more room in the small suitcase.
In most cases you will have toiletries supplied at your hotel, along with a hair dryer. If you are a guest at a friend/family member's home, they will more than likely have what you need. If not, there is always a store. Doing your own laundry or having it done is always an option.
Always consider what your wear for your flight.
(*Don't forget, you have to remove your shoes at the airport check points.)
