Almond Crescents....

Almond Crescents 
We wanted dessert....WE live in the country....
So you either get creative or go without!
Dessert is served!
 These were perfect for the sweet cravings we were having...
 I gathered these ingredients:
Crescent rolls
Ricotta Cheese
Splenda Brown Sugar (or regular)
Almonds, sliced
Powder sugar
Bake according to the directions on the crescent package
 For 8 crescents I used:
1/4 cup of ricotta cheese
3 heaping tablespoons of Brown sugar
Blend together well
 Unroll crescents on a prepared pan
Place equal amounts of the cheese & sugar mixture in the middle of each crescent. Add slivered/sliced Almonds, about a tablespoon in size.
 Roll the crescent into shape and bake according to the directions on the rolls package.
 YUM they are looking good!
Drizzle with some icing made from powder sugar and a small amount of milk or water....Mix well.
Garnish with Almonds!
Tastes like a Bear Claw pastry...YUMMO!
