Chocolate Bacon Butter....RUM! Yes, that is correct....RUM...There's Rum in it!
And it's YUM too!!!

Chocolate Bacon Butter
2 cubes of butter, softened
1 half can of frosting, Chocolate ( I used sugar free)
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla
1/4 cup of chopped pecans
3-4 long strips of bacon cooked crisped and crumbled
1 tablespoon of Rum (optional)
1/3 cup of a grated chocolate bar, *(or small chunks, and/or a combo of both)
**dash of salt, optional
Mix all the ingredients together to blend well.
This recipe may be doubled....Store in the refrigerator
Serve with toast, muffins, fruit breads, pancakes, waffles.....& more
