Yes, you read it right....
Salted Caramel Bacon Brownies
These were gone in a flash...So simple yet packed with flavor!
So easy to make....
Just follow the directions on your brownie box and bake as directed!
*Except..Place 3 tablespoons of **whiskey in the measuring cup, then fill remaining amount with water! Example: If the recipe calls for 1/2 cup of water, place the measured whiskey in the measuring cup first, then fill to the top with water, Then mix as usual.) **Optional of course
This recipe consists of the finishing touches!
Ready to bake...
3 crisply cooked Bacon, cut into tiny pieces
1/2 cup chopped Pecans
1/2 Chocolate bar, grated (you may use some chopped chocolate too)
Caramel for drizzling
Scant amount of medium course Sea Salt
1/2 can of Chocolate frosting
Turn out the cooled brownie...
Spread the frosting on top of the brownie
Sprinkle the bacon on top
Next, add the pecans
Spread the grated Chocolate bar across the top
Drizzle caramel across the top & lightly sprinkle a scant of sea salt across for the finish
Place in a warm oven (turned off) to meld the topping for 5 minutes.
So delish...so yummy! *(If you don't care for the bacon just omit)
