Hot Diggity Dog Pockets

Ingredients:
Wonton wrappers, 16 in #      
4 large, all beef hotdogs, halved & quartered, lightly grilled
1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced thin
1 package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Garlic Salt to taste, optional
Olive Oil for frying
Yields 16

Directions:

Place on each wrapper:
* 2 pieces of grilled hot dog, slightly cooled
* 1 slice of avocado
* 1 heaping tablespoon of grated cheese
* Roll and wrap closed.
* Fry the wrapped pockets on all sides or bake in a 350 oven until browned.
Sprinkle lightly with Garlic salt, *optional

Serve with Cheese Dip, Mustard or Thousand Island dressing
           Eat, Chew, Repeat...
