We recently celebrated another Granddaughter graduating from 8th grade (3 granddaughters this year!)... Mom (Tara @ Trendy Treehouse) asked to hold the Party at Nan & Pop's Pool...The girls had a blast! Mom prepared the dinner & I made dessert. We set up Photo areas around the pool. Everyone had a great time. Check out our pool party....

A few items were a must around the pool on a hot day...suncreen, bug spray....if it's really hot, put the lotions & potions on ice for cool and soothing effect.
As you know...even though you say "bring your own towels", there's always a few who forget! So I placed a few towels amounst the lounge chairs...just incase...

they were all used!
Buckets of cold water were always on hand....Gotta keep the kids & Chaperones hydrated!
I also placed a metal Coat Stand near the Pool for wet towels....Worked Perfect!
They party was a success, the food was devoured, the dessert was inhaled....barely anything left over! HaHa...KIDS, they'll usually eat you out of house & home! The memories were priceless!
