*Recipe for one Wrap...
- 1 large lettuce wrap per person
- 1/2 cup Cooked Tri-Tip, chinked or thinly cut into strips
- About 3/4 cup of ; Chopped avacado, roasted corn, tomato, chunks, green onions. Toss together fresh ingredients.
- Dollop of Sour cream
- Garlic Pepper (See my recipe here) & Salt to taste
- Hot Sauce, if desired
- On the lettuce leave/wrap layer all meat & veggie ingredients
- Season to taste
- Add a dollop of Sour Cream
- Enjoy dinner! It's that easy....
