This is Down Home Country Cook'n...Two eggs over easy on Sour dough toast, smothered in Country Gravy. What is better than good ole homestyle cook'n? Mmmmm...nothing...This is Comfort Food!

Two chicks on a Raft in a Sea of Gravy

Recipe is based on One serving
Ingredients:

• One large or two regular pieces of toasted sour Dough Bread, buttered
• 2 Over Easy Eggs, cooked & hot
• 1/2 Cup of Country Gravy (see recipe here)

Assembly:

1. Lay the butter toast on a large plate
2. Add the cooked Over Easy Eggs
3. Pour the Gravy over the top of everything
4. Break the center of the egg yolks and let bleed through the gravy mixture
5. and Serve! MMMmmm, Yumminess.....
