Cheesy Artichoke Dip...

Cheesy & Easy Artichoke Dip
So Yummy....Serve with sourdough bread or tortilla chips
Looks like a lot of ingredients for a simple recipe...
BUT it goes together quickly
Cheesy Artichoke Dip
1 package (8 oz) of softened cream cheese
1 cup each of grated cheese: Sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese & Italian blend of Mozzarella & Parmesan cheese. 3 cups total.
1 tablespoon of dehydrated minced onion
Heavy dash of garlic pepper
Heavy dash of Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups of sour cream (16 oz's)
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts; drain, remove leaves and cut into small pieces
1 jar of water packed artichoke hearts; prepare as above
Cooking spray for the baking pan, I used a 9x9 pan
Heat oven to 350 degree's for 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together and blend well.
Place into a 9x9 baking pan prepared with cooking spray.
Bake in the 350 degree oven for 40 minutes...Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
This dish was very good....Be sure to use a good brand of cheese so it will not be greasy! It is a light, not heavy dip. The cream cheese really makes a difference. It is very spreadable & tasty too!!! This dip would be great used as a stuffing for pasta shells or as a spread for hot sandwiches too.
