Pork Rib Pizza...

Pork Rib Pizza...
Mmm-Mmm Good!
Wow....Look at that CHEESE! Yum...this was an awesome pizza!
When we eat out...I sometimes order a full portion of the meat! That way... I have leftovers for another meal at home!
Since we are Empty Nester's this works well for the two of us!
Pork Rib Pizza:
1 rack of cooked pork rib meat, remove bones and cut into small chunks
1 jar of Spaghetti sauce, *I used one with artichoke hearts in the  sauce...Yummy
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 package of 4 Cheese Mexican blend, grated
1 package of Enchilada seasonings, blend with the spaghetti sauce
1 pre-made pizza shell, *I used a whole wheat shell
Place the shell on a prepared baking sheet, follow the directions on the pizza package for baking. **My Pizza was 350 degrees and baked for 10 minutes.
Saute' the chopped onion in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of butter; until roasted.
 Layer your pizza:
Shell, sauce, 1/2 the cheese (2 cups), chunks of rib meat,  roasted onions, then more cheese on top (2 cups).
Ready to place in the pre-heated oven. Mine took 10 minutes to bake.
This pizza was awesome. The seasoned rib meat was the biggest TASTE factor! The pizza was a two thumbs up from hubby...in between bites that is!
The blue plates didn't do justice to the Pizza, at least in the photo!
BUT, it didn't affect the TASTE at all! :)
Pork Rib Pizza....Totally worth trying!
