"Just Peachy"...
This dessert is so easy and quick...It just takes minutes!
This simple dessert is amazingly simple and the taste...even more amazing!!!
My Neighbor stopped by for a visit and a cup of coffee....Hadn't seen her all summer! I wanted something quick, easy and since we live in the country....
I had to use what I had on hand!
The dessert is named for my Brother-in-law Pat who responds to most opening questions about himself or his day....as being..."Just Peachy"!
And...it is also for a high school friend (Dave) who is a great supporter of Pine Creek Style and has a love of anything with Peaches!
" Just Peachy" Recipe
1 can of crescent rools. count of 8
1 large peach, sliced into large wedges, at least 8
Mix together:
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon of sugar or stevia
1 tablespoon of brown sugar or 1l2 tbs of splenda brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Blend well.
Dip peach wedges in the flour mixture to cover then wrap in a unbaked crescent...starting at the wide end.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Let rest for a few minutes then...
Drizzle with powder sugar glaze and sprinkle with almonds!
Cover peaches in flour mixture...
Place on the crescent roll fold corners in and roll
Baking and smelling delish.....
Finished baking & cooling
Drizzle with Powder Sugar Glaze & Sprinkle with Almonds
Ready to Serve
Great for individual Dessert Appetizers
