Rocky Road Ice Cream Dessert...

Who doesn't love ice cream on a hot day? This was the perfect dessert to serve our grandsons after helping us clean the garage! Who say's you can't have dessert before dinner at Grand Mama's house??? :)))) Psst...Don't tell MOM!

Ingredients:

• 1 carton of Vanilla Ice Cream, sliced into 6 pieces
• Chocolate Syrup
• 2 cups mini Marshmallows, divided into six servings
• 2 cups chopped Pecans, divided into six servings
• 1 cup of Toffee bits, divided into six servings
• 2 Hersey Chocolate Bars, roughly chopped

Directions:

1. Place a slab of ice cream on a dessert plate or bowl (Recipe makes six servings)
2. Drizzle each ice cream slab with chocolate syrup
3. Top with Nuts & Marshmallows
4. Next add the chocolate bars & toffee bits
5. Grab your spoon and dig in......

This is dessert when you live in the country and are craving Rocky Road Ice Cream ... AND  you have NONE! :))))  OH... so yummy good!
